Chrissy Teigen, Mayor of Twitter, is really having a rough time in quarantine. At least that’s what her tweets imply. Most of the stuff Teigen does outside her house has been canceled, like it has been for so many of us. Unlike many of us, Teigen lives in a mansion with her award-winning musician husband John Legend. But it’s still hard to be on lockdown and unsure of what the future holds and also taking care of two kids.
Plus, Teigen is much more likable than some celebrities posting about how hard life is for the one percent.
And even if she’s a millionaire, Teigen is tweeting about a lot of relatable stuff: homeschooling, turning pajamas into formal clothes, eating to pass the time before eating, the slow descent into madness, the deterioration of personal relationships. You know, fun content.
While I hope the Teigen-Legend family gets through this okay, I am appreciating the tweets. Chrissy is really going through it and I get it.
