Chrissy Teigen is pretty open about her life on social media, sharing her daily life with her kids on Instagram, what it’s really like to be a celebrity and even the ups and downs of her boobs. Teigen admitted in an interview that she has gotten implants early in her career modeling because she felt it would help with swimsuit pics. She was finally ready to get the implants out, and posted herself getting a coronavirus test before her trip to the hospital.
But there was stuff we weren’t told about right away. Both her children, Luna and Miles, were conceived via IVF, which she has talked about. Teigen is now pregnant with a third child, and this one seems to have happened the old-fashioned way.
Teigen revealed her pregnancy along with her husband John Legend in his new music video “Wild,” in which Teigen’s baby bump is visible:
She shared her own videography on Twitter as well:

And the story of her pregnancy discovery after someone else asked about the pregnancy test part of elective surgeries. Teigen says she did the routine test. It came back negative—which was incorrect!
I did the routine pregnancy test you do before surgery. It said negative. It was not negative.

“A few weeks after surgery, I took a test,” she wrote. “And for many years now, I’ve taken pregnancy tests almost every month, praying to see a positive one day. Just wishful thinking. I never had a positive before.”
so the morning of John’s album release, he wakes up at 3am to do good morning america. I woke up with him and was like man, should take my monthly test to be disappointed….

So we prayed to the boob surgery gods that everything would be okay. Went to every appointment terrified. Even without the surgery, I didn’t think I could get pregnant naturally anyway. So the odds just felt…bad.

Also, you guys have seen how rough these past few months were for me here. So now you know why I just extra appreciated all the love and support through it all, especially since you didn’t even know. You just thought I was in stressful internet hell.

She says she was apprehensive about completing her surgery while pregnant, but she got through it okay. It’s still left her feeling pretty vulnerable, especially because it’s been so many years of hoping to get pregnant naturally and not expecting to ever see that positive result. Now that it’s happened, it still feels stressful. And amazing:
And I’m still very worried. Part of me misses the safety of my perfect embryos, created in their little dish. They felt untouchable and safe. Now I feel a bit…eggshelly.

It is pretty incredible that something can seem like it’s never going to happen and then suddenly one day it does. You just never know when something incredible will happen, even in the middle of a pandemic while getting your implants removed. Anything is possible!
