So is it “no one wants to work anymore,” or is the problem just that no one wants to work for you? People had a small taste of not going into a job they hated every day and now it’s hard to convince them to do it again. It’s hard to hire, workers have more power, and it only takes one minor inconvenience for them to quit. It’s pretty badass if you ask us.
Here are some texts from horrible bosses that were an employee’s last straw.
1. “Sometimes it even gets to us in trade unions. From a few years back. Green is my Foreman.”
2. “Yeah, let me just cancel all my plans. I’ve made months in advance. Be right there.”
3. “I made the mistake of calling in sick for my shift 8 hours before it started. No regrets.”

6. “That one time my (former) boss tried to make me come in to deliver sandwiches during the freeze in Texas. My apartment hadn’t had power for two days and was forty degrees, the roads were still completely frozen and everyone was getting into car accidents, and I was 3 months pregnant.”
7. “I encouraged my cousin to quit her job and she finally stood up for herself!!”
8. “Quit my job last night, it was nice to be home to make the kids breakfast and take them to school today! Off to hunt for a new opportunity, wish me luck :)”
9. “I’m quite annoyed and want to reply accordingly, but I’m unsure if my words hold any truth. “
10. “My buddy’s boss last night. Good for him but I wouldn’t have answered.”

17. “My girlfriend works at a recovery home for old people and people who need help physically and this is what her boss sent her. 2 weeks later her coworker came in with covid and one of the patients died from it.”
