Women On TikTok Are Taking Off Their Pants For The “Handstand Challenge”

Tom Holland and Jake Gyllenhaal popularized the “handstand challenge” while in quarantine. The “handstand challenge” is a fairly difficult athletic challenge, and involves trying to put a shirt on while upside down in a handstand.

Fans went crazy watching Holland and Gyllenhaal struggle to put their shirts on, and both actors were successful in the end.

The handstand challenge spread quickly among celebrities and fitness influencers on Instagram and TikTok.

Ryan Reynolds was also nominated by Holland, but as a man of the people, refused to take part.

It wasn’t long until Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles caught wind of the challenge, and like with her gymnastics, took it to a whole new level.

While celebrities like Holland often rested their legs against a wall while in a handstand, Biles was able to balance without a wall for incredibly long. And instead of putting a shirt on, Biles challenged people to actually move their legs while in a handstand and take their pants off.

The challenge took Biles approximately a minute to complete. Soon, other athletes were taking on the challenge, completing it with impressive speed.

And once again, our beloved Reynolds responded with a short “no.”
