Occasionally someone gets promoted to manager and it’s like all class solidarity goes out the window. I get that it’s hard to find people to work at your shitty company right now, but treating the workers you do have even worse is not the answer.
On Twitter, someone posted their boss had put up a sign saying no one could make any time off requests for November 20th to January 2nd. So like… all the holidays. I guess when they say, “we’re like a family here,” it’s because you’ll be spending Christmas together.
