This Woman On TikTok Is Going Viral For Looking Like Scarlett Johansson “With Spice”

TikTok user @k.leefox has gone viral on both her platform of choice and on Twitter for her striking resemblance to actress Scarlett Johansson. They have similar facial features, and k.leefox is sporting a curly bob that was once Scarlett’s signature look. In the viral video, she shares images of herself compared to ones of Johansson fighting bad guys, sipping soda, crossing her arms, and smoking a cigarette. She definitely looks like the Avengers star:


But you’ve probably noticed that k.leefox is not white, which is what most people are commenting on. Johansson has become a running joke on Twitter for her habit of taking on roles that should be cast as women of color. Despite the criticism, in 2019, Johansson decided to take on the role of a trans man named Dante Tex Grill.

After the announcement got a lot of pushback, she decided to step down from the role, telling Out Magazine, “In light of recent ethical questions raised surrounding my casting as Dante Tex Gill, I have decided to respectfully withdraw my participation in the project. Our cultural understanding of transgender people continues to advance, and I’ve learned a lot from the community since making my first statement about my casting and realize it was insensitive.”

But shortly after, according to Mic, she discussed the project with As If magazine and said, “You know, as an actor I should be allowed to play any person, or any tree, or any animal because that is my job and the requirements of my job. I feel like it’s a trend in my business and it needs to happen for various social reasons, yet there are times it does get uncomfortable when it affects the art because I feel art should be free of restrictions.”

People did not love trans folk being compared to animals and trees.

Anyway, folks are loving this Scarlett lookalike because they’re imagining Johansson being replaced:

K.lee even saw herself on Twitter and offered to answer fan questions. Most of the questions are some variation of, “Will you marry me?”


But for her part, she doesn’t seem to be commenting on the Johansson controversy. Maybe she’s hoping for a role as her long lost sister someday.
