Listen, y’all. Things have been grim lately. America is quickly going on lockdown and many people are practicing social distancing and self-quarantining to help stop the spread of COVID-19. One positive side effect from this all is pets are having the time of their lives with their humans around all the time.

One particular dog was so happy he gave himself an injury.
Meet Rolo, a Dachshund who cannot believe his luck. Rolo’s human Emma posted on Twitter that Rolo was so happy his parents were home self-quarantining that he sprained his tail from wagging it too hard.
So my dog has been so happy that everyone is home for quarantine, that his tail has stopped working, so we went to the vet and the vet said ‘he had sprained his tail from excessively wagging it’ 😂😂😭😭💔💔

Because this is the most perfect, precious story on Earth, the tweet received more than a million likes and 140.2k retweets. Emma made sure to update the internet on Rolo’s status through the Twitter thread.
Didn’t expect this happen😂, for those asking, he is currently on pain relief and the vet said he should be healed within a week, this is him on the 2nd day. He is super happy and there is now movement from side to side but he is struggling to lift it up in the air. pic.twitter.com/dY0o96HOpj

Because Rolo stole the hearts of so many, Emma created an Instagram account so we can all follow along.
As everyone loves Rolo so much, we have decided to set him up with an instagram so you can see how he is getting along it is: Rolo.thehotdog https://t.co/CbxSnxnPR9
