Chrissy Teigen Reveals Her New Nose Piercing—And It Already Fell Out

Chrissy Teigen has been on vacation with her family in St. Barts, and like many people on holiday, the 35-year-old model and cookbook author decided to treat herself to something new: a nose piercing.

Well, it didn’t turn out like she expected. Teigen tweeted a photo of herself with her new nose jewelry and explained that as soon as the piercing artist left, the piercing fell out and her nose healed. Whoops. 

“So I did this today and it immediately fell out and healed the second she left because she did it wrong lmao,” Teigen wrote. “Like how do you do it wrong? It’s a hole, through the nose. It’s like jerry seinfeld’s bobsledding joke. It’s impossible to do wrong.”

I mean, there’s not too much to say about that, but trolls came out to do their thing, prompting Teigen to later tweet, “It’s out and healed you don’t have to keep being a——- thanks I’ll do it better next time for you I promise!!”  

In July, Teigen asked her fans if they thought she was “too old” to get a small piercing: “Am I too old for a little diamond on my nose? You don’t have to tell me I’m not old! I know I’m not olllllld but you know what I’m saying. Please be honest lol.”

You’re never too old to get some body jewelry! 

Like many of us, it hasn’t been the best year for Teigen. She has been recovering from a pregnancy loss that plunged her into a depression. Hopefully despite the piercing mishap, she is having some well-deserved sunshine time on her vacation.
