We all get sad from time to time. It’s part of being human, especially in the year 2020 when we’re dealing with quarantine amidst a deadly pandemic, the looming threat of climate change, a hellish election cycle (that’s now (almost!) over), unemployment, and a whole lot else.
That being said, if you are feeling sad a lot more than you’re not, or if you are having thoughts of self-harm, please don’t hesitate to seek help. If you are a teen dealing with depression or other mental health issues, see PBS.org for a list of resources and organizations that can help you. If you are an adult, see Mental Health Resources.
